Sorry I'm in UK so don't recognise your sim carrier but from what I know, you will need to get the wap settings from your network provider and save them to your phone, those wap settings will allow you to use the GPRS on your phone to access wap sites. Call your network provider and ask them to send you the settings, you should receive them in the form of a message. Also, ask for picture messaging settings, as these also require GPRS.
