N79 vs 5800 vs samsung galaxy? what do i take

The 5800 is going to be a bad choice since you text alot it has a resistive touch screen. I'll say go for the N79 since having an actual keyboard is always best if you text alot. I can't say anything about the samsung because i haven't really seen that phone and I don't like samsung phones anyway.
If you want a touch screen phone that'll also be good for texting then maybe you need to look at the Nokia X6 (a little expensive, tho)!

Yes, it's a very hectic process to input text on a touchscreen phone.
I'd recommend Nokia N79 if you love to type too much on your phone.
