Can I use a prepaid Net10 phone in Japan to call the US phone numbers?

I have an emergency Cell phone, that i use in the US, I looked on Net10 website and can not locate information about using the phone overseas...

Or would it be easier solution to purchases another brand prepaid cell phone in Japan, and use that service to call the US... I have a Basic Nokia 1600 phone...

Your Net10 phone will not work in Japan. It is limited to U.S. I would look for a cheap cell phone in Japan or possible calling cards.
