Should I get the HTC inspire 4g refurbished?I was looking at the AT&T website and they have the HTC inspire 4g refurbished for only $ 29.99! I was talking to a sales representative and he said that it is $ 29.99 for a limited time. Could you tell if the phone was used? Would they replace the screen before selling it? And will it look and act brand new?
