Minutes don't matter much, but if you can give me different plans that have unlimited data and text that include a certain amount of minutes, that'd be great.

The cheapest plan on Verizon would be 39.99 for 450 minutes per month. You would be required to get the unlimited data internet plan for 29.99. Then if you wanted unlimited texting it would cost you 20.00 a month.
So your monthly bill would be 89.98 which doesn't yet include any state/fcc taxes. After taxes your bill would be around 92.00 to 93.00 per month for 2 years. Yes it is expensive.
