Will an unlocked phone without a data plan cost me money?I just bought an HTC Wildfire (unlocked) and put it on my T-Mobile network for service. I have no texts and no data plan, only unlimited calls on this network. So, if I connect my HTC via wifi to the internet (to surf the web, send IM's on their native aim app, check facebook, etc.) will it charge me?

If you use an open WiFi network / HotSpot, for internet access on the phone, you are not using T-Mobile's data services, so there is no reason for them to charge you. In fact, since you are not subscribing to T-Mobile's data services, it's impossible to you to use their data services on your phone.
