Is htc hd2 similar to the iphone 3g in texting?

Is htc hd2 similar to the iphone 3g in texting?i have an iphone and love how you have a log for every person that you text. i can view all texts from one person without having to open different messages like you would on most phones. is this the case for the htc hd2???

Yes texting is the same for the HTC HD2. Both have threaded SMS messaging. I've had both the iPhone 3GS and HTC HD2. However with the HD2 the texting is very laggy when i'm trying to type a message.I would much rather use the iPhone for texting than the HD2. Windows Mobile is laggy even with the 1ghz processor the HD2 has.

Yes, it's called threaded messaging and most smartphones now support it. I like HTC's keyboard over the iPhone because the symbols and numbers are already on top of the letters and all you have to do is long press on a letter to type a number instead of pressing SYM and going to a different keyboard layout.
