I live in New Jersey. I'm getting the HTC Evo 4G soon, can i still connect to 4G if im in NJ?

dont get the evo get the EPIC
the evo is the FIRST 4G phone but the Samsung Epic is the BEST 4G phone. it does everything that the evo does but has a better camera, a retina desplay, and has a full slide out keyboard.
as for the 4G you only get spotty 4G anywhere. you will use 3G 90% of the time
