How durable is the htc sensation? Does it need a case?I'm thinking about getting a sensation, but I don't know how durable it is. I have an iPhone 3g and have always used an otterbox. But, otterbox has not came out with a case for the sensation yet; so what should I do?

The Sensation is durable. The housing of the phone (the entire outside surface of the phone minus the screen) actually slides off with the press of a small button revealing the battery, SD & SIM slots. The phone has some weight to it and the housing is made of some sort of metal. I never liked otterbox cases since they make the phone so fat. I've already dropped the Sensation onto my kitchen floor and there are no "dings" at all. If you happen to scratch up the housing/body of the phone, you can replace it for about $ 40 on eBay. Not to mention...Don't hesitate on buying the fastest Android device available- IT WON'T HESITATE ON YOU!!
