i heard that this might be caused by a memory card so i formatted it and they worked but after a while they stopped working again and even with a new card they are not working. when i keep them pressed for a long time they work. although it is not something physically wrong with the keys. please help

I would call your company, iv you have insureance you might be able to get a new phone.

Usually in cases like that, there may be something wrong with the actual board on the inside of the phone. anytime a key is pressed the response or feedback from the board should be less than a second. Meaning that if you literally have to press and hold the keys down, there is most likely an issue with the phone itself. Phones are generally covered for a year with a manufacturer's warranty, or you can try and get the phone fixed at the location you bought it from. Other than that if you have insurance they have no choice but to service the phone, or worst case scenario is you'd have to pay for the repair yourself. hope this helps. good luck
