can anybody tell me a site from where i can download applications for Nokia 3250 mobile please?

mobile application like themes,softwares etc. though i have 100's of softwares but they are in .sis format and the format which 3250 accepts is .jar applications, and is same with the themes.please help me with this so i can learn more and enjoy my new mobile
