Some technical problem took place in the lcd of my nokia n79 so i gave it to the nokia care for repairing. As the phn was in warranty they replaced it after 15 days of submitting. Problem begins from here. They gave me c6 instead of n79. When i asked manager about it, he to told me that now u have to agree with the same model what company has sent u. Also the phn which they are giving me is wrapped in paper and not in a sealed box. This mobile has too many scratch on it.
I want my nokia n79 back and if replaced then in a sealed box which should be broken in front of me. I am planning to go to consumer court. Am i doing right? Please guide me if u have any other idea.

According to me u r going right way. You should send a notice to the owner of nokia care give all particular details and what the problem is. Also state that if they are unable to fulfill ur satisfaction then some necessary action will be taken against them. Keep a photocopy of the notice with you and most importantly talk to a lawyer abt all.
