How do I use the internet on my NOKIA phone?

When I try to get on the net a message comes up on my Nokia N81. It says " Packet Data: Packet data connection not available "

please someone help cos I would like to use the net.

I used to get that on my motorola but it would go away, refresh, and work just fine.
You should call your provider and they will help you, it may require a setting to be changed, a repair, or something on their side. Maybe you weren't properly configured to use the internet.

You don't have the requirement(s) to access internet on your phone. You need to have a suitable data connection like GPRS or 3G and the required configuration settings. Contact your operator for the activation of a data connection, configuration settings and charges. Or, if you have a Wi-Fi enabled PC, you can share its internet connection with your phone.
