Help please about nokia n95 8gb lost data?

Hi!


I have a big problem. I have got a nokia n95 8gb and I did a software update and unfortunatly i forgot to save my files from the phone memory (not from the mass memory). Is there anyway to recover these deleted files? Specially the sound clips because they are evidences for 1 case what we recorded.
