got a data transfer cord but still couldnt transfer installed devices and modem for nokia3230 as well ? but still cant figure out how 2 transfer images. Plz help

tere will b a cable u got wiv ur phone, put one end in to the botton of ur phone, and the other end in to the computer. then go to 'my computer' u will then see something called 'removeable software' Click this. u will then see all the pics on ur phone on the computer screen.
if u right click a picture, u will see something saying 'move to...' u can move the pictures to another folder, eg 'my documents'

Did you install the software on your computer? If so then you need to configure it. If you did all that that the installed program is corrupted. Don't panic this is no problem. Just un-install the program and re-install it and do it again. Make sure that you read and follow the install and configure instructions. That should do it.
