Can you send pictures to a phone via e-mail?

My phone (A Nokia 6103) can send pictures to an e-mail address, via picture message, infrared, Bluetooth and (apparently) voice notes.

Is it possible to send pictures from an e-mail address to a phone?

I forgot to mention that I have T-Mobile.

Sure lots of email can send phone through text... also most companies.. verizon..tmobile..sprint.. come with an assigned email address that is yours to your phone.. call your service provider...
