I'm using Nokia 7210 Supernova.I was transfering songs via bluetooth. Suddenly the phone got switched off n then all the default 'phone memory' folders got deleted.i tried restore factory settings but no use. I used the nokia software updater to re-install the phone software, but nothing changes. what can i do to overcome this problem????

Please be noted that your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.
