You can't do that, internet on computers is totally different and you need an internet provider for PC.

Check with your cell phone provider. I use ATT for my cell network and have an Samsung Sync ell phone, ATT provides a software app that runs on my laptop. I connect my cell to my PC via a USB cable, run the software app and then surf. The speed is slower than a home broadband, but I still get 300-400 kbs in most major cities.
I do pay extra to have the Internet access through my phone.

Things you need!
A) dialup number, user name, passsword from your phone service provider
B) download the laterst nokia pc suit here

Bluetooth, USB cable or Infrared! (depends upon your laptop)

I believe it only works on PALM OS, but search for something similar if yours is not.

I guess it all depend on our phone. This is how i go upon when i use ma phone it only has infrared and packet data. I activate my infrared and place the phone with the side aving the infrared near the left side of my laptop. The laptop will read the mobile connection and ask you which data to synchronise. then u can start browsing the ne. you can also download the Nokia pc suit and have it synchronised, i think the same happens when ur phone has a bluetooth or data cable.
