my friend tried to break into my cell phone and ended up getting the pin blocked, so i supposed it was just like other times and that ill call costumer service to fix it later. Then i find out that if a pin is wrong to many times then not only is the pin blocked but it'll also block my sim as well. so is there anyway to save my phone or it is dead permanently?
its a nokia phone so after trying too many wrong pins the phone simply blocks all attempt in finding the rite pin code, even the correct one, and inactivates the sim card as well

I've had that problem before... it's such a pain in the ass.
You have to call your service provider and they SHOULD provide you with a PUK code that will unlock it.

Happened to me last year,After you type pin code in wrong three times it will go into puk.Call Costumer care and they will help you get your phone working better again.
