Yup, you can use Nokia PC Suite to do that. I wasn't able to transfer my text messages from my 6670 to N82, but contacts came alright.
To do this, just run PC suite, connect your 6680, copy and paste all your contacts to a folder on comp, then connect your N82, then paste all your contacts to your contact folder on the phone.
