BEST PDA for Internet Browsing ?

Hello .I am searching for best pda for internet browsing.
My options are limited to O 2 or IMATE or Nokia E Series
It must have wifi as well as GPRS.
It must support pop ups..
windows monile 2005 preferred...
im using GPRS mostly...so please help..
pls tell best pda for internet browsing...which must support gprs and i need to browse sophisticated sites...pls help..

I've used a wide variety of PDAs and found that the all pretty much suck when it comes to web browsing.
