HTC Hero battery dies within 2 hours?my HTC Hero battery dies within 2 hours (without airplane mode on). i bought a new battery and it did the same thing. my mom also has the same type of phone and her battery is also the same as mine. but my friend has an htc hero and his battery life is twice as good as mine, why is it dying so fast?

Could be a number of things. I would make sure wifi is off (unless currently using it, shut it off when not in use), turn gps off, turn bluetooth off. Those are the primary battery drainers. If you do not have a task killing app (search android market for a free one), get one...it will help tremendously. Push comes to shove, reset your phone back to factory.
