HTC Legend overheats and dies?Okay, a few weeks ago, I bought a new HTC legend. However, starting yesterday, my phone started to overheat, then the battery would drain and die, really fast. I charge my phone fully every night.
Any suggestions?

Well it certainly sounds like a battery problem ... Infact im certain it's a battery problem ... First thing you want to try is to access the battery, one you have access to the battery, take a close look at it to make sure its physical appearance looks ok, next you want to make sure that the battery is in the correct way and that the contacts on the battery havnt got any dirt on them or anything like that ... If the problem still exists after this, I would explain the problem to the provider you bought the phone from, and I'm sure they would replace the battery free of charge ... I hope you get this sorted out ... There's nothing worse then getting a new piece of tech, and it won't work to a good standard
