Does an unlocked HTC Aria need a data plan for ATT?I bought a phone from somebody the other day (unlocked, HTC Aria) and I got a text message from ATT saying I needed a data plan for my phone, but is it necessary? I already have unlimited text/data, so is this needed? Or will I get charged extra?

Most of the features of the phone u wont be able to use becuase you dont have a data plan. i would recomend you getting a data plan becuase u have an android phone and there wouldnt be a reason for you having a phone like this with no data plan.
