Can I leave my HTC Thunderbolt plugged to the charger if the battery is at 100%?...or should I unplug it.

Yes, it is safe, i leave mine overnight.

You can leave it plugged in as long as you want; it won't affect the battery performance. Your phone will simply be running off of the electricity from the power outlet, while keeping your phone at a full charge at all times.

yes, it's safe, all new phones come with some type of protective measure in the device from overcharging.
