why does my HTC evo battery last less than six hours when more than 80% of that time it is in sleep mode?the screen is off during 80% of that time. i think its the phone, i have a second battery and it does same thing but sometimes in less time. i had a previous evo and it would last 8-10 hours with one of current batteries i am using. any ideas.

1. Turn down your brightness and screen timeout.
2. Turn off any Google sync features if you don't use them.
3. Turn down email and FB sync frequency.
4. Keep WiFi, GPS, 4G, etc. off when you don't use them.
5. Settings->Wireless & networks->Mobile network->uncheck "Enable Always-on Mobile Data"

make sure to turn off bluetooth as well the wi-fi when not using.
