Could I buy and unlocked HTC touch phone with Alltel?I have the samsung hue phone and i hate it and really love the HTC phones. I want the unlocked phone so i wont have to go through the hassel of extending my contract and etc.

sorry tae .. but altel will not allow the use of unlocked phones on their network.
you can call and ask them .. they can confirm it

you can buy it sim free/unlocked, so you can put any company sim card in it and it will work.
