I hated this phone for being too clunky and slow. After looking at other phones to replace it with, I decided to check out some mods and am really glad I did. SPB Mobile Shell is a godsend for WinMo. Really easy navigation using the fingers. I also have installed HTC Touch keyboards which eliminate the need to use a stylus. Added some pretty basic WinMo apps like the Microsoft Reader and RSS App. I also have wmTorrent installed if I ever feel the need to download a torrent on my phone (why? Just because, I guess). I have Skyfire installed alongside the included mobile IE. I have the google mobile apps along with the youtube app, which all work great. Ever since installing WinMo 6 on this phone and adding these tweaks, the phone has become more responsive, more intuitive, and less of a struggle to use.
