Differences between HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO 4G, and HTC 4G shift? And recommendation?Well my father is intent on switching to sprint, and i know of sprint's HTC phones, and that they're basically its main powerhouse phone like verizon's droid.
I know a few differences between EVO 4g/shift
like reg evo is a tad bigger without a keyboard but a horrid battery.
but, idk the differences between the 3D and the EVO 4G, except for the given differences, plus the 100 dollar difference in price or just about anyway.
on my phone basically all i do is text but, that is because right now i have shitty metro so, that is all i can do...and barely even that. I've never really been into making calls or anything so i don't care if that's much of a difference between the phones.
I think the 3D would be ruled off my list since my dad would have to buy 2 phones and he doesn't really want to blow 400 bucks plus probably an activation fee or whatever to start off but, i'd the life the differences or probably the superiority (in this case) it has compared to the other to, and would it be worth the extra 100 or so bucks.
I'm leaning somewhat towards the Shift but, that's only because the physical keyboard + battery. Alls i do is really text though and i'd use it for music as well so i'm not sure how much of the battery would be sapped from those two actions, and i'm really not looking forward to buying a 50 dollar battery >_<
So just a recommendation + differences would be nice. Or tell me your personal experiences with any of the 3 phones. Thanks!

here is a rundown evo 3d has 1.2ghz dual core, 1gb ram, 4.3" screen and 3d. htc evo has 1ghz single core 512 ram,4.3" but an 8mp camera (3d and shift have 5mp cameras). evo shift has 800mhz single core, 512 ram,3.6" screen keyboard and it only 99.99$ any of these phone would be great. the best phone that they currently offer are the motorola photon 4g or the epic 4g. I wouldnt suggest htc.

i have the evo 4g(2.5months now) and the phone is great.all i do is text and make a few calls here and there.the Camera is amazing and so is the screen.the battery life sucks,but still a great phone.with my phone my battery will last from 7am to maybe 1pm sometime on my work break i will hook it up to my car charger.i love this phone.i think out of all the phone i had through android this would be the best one.I also bought a extended battery which i love the only thing is i love phone cases(bling out of even just girlie cases) and with the extended battery u can not get a case to fit unless u order off line..i hope this help.get the evo 4g:)
