I had this same problem. The phone shops in my area couldn't unlock it 'cos they didn't have the updated software. They finally got it in last month and it costs £35 to get the phone unlocked. They said it'll become cheaper if they can find an easier way to unlock it. Only some places unlock the Prisms locked to Orange. I know the ones locked to Vodafone can be easily unlocked from most places. You can try looking for the unlock code on ebay as well. I found this American seller who unlocks Prisms currently locked to Orange, it was about £28 to buy the code, but they said they couldn't find the unlock code for my phone so I got a refund. Good luck with getting yours unlocked.
