Where can I buy unlocked cell phones in Atlanta?

I don't want to pucrchase on-line. Nokia 6230i.

I'm assuming you mean besides a phone store or Radio Shack, correct? Most video stores (the ones that rent movies) also carry phones, and so do the discount chains like WalMart and KMart. Also there's always the pawn shops.
