Stores to shop for electronics in Orlando (or nearby)?I've made a similar question before and I got some good answers about where to buy clothes, so I thought it would be fair to choose a best answer, and then start another question regarding electronics.

So, I'm not from the US neither have ever been there. I know nothing about the stores available there. I'll be with a group of relatives touring across the US and we'll need clothes (issue solved at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlXD6T.HqNfLHSG9GGNzyNbsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20101129014228AAKzQU4 ) but we'll also shop for some electronics. All I have read and heard points me to bestbuy as the best choice for electronics, but I'd like to know other options and hear your opinions.

We'll need cameras, netbooks/notebooks (possibly factory refurbished/scratch&dent) and some unlocked GSM cellphones. Any info about stores (such as address, name, phone & website) is welcome.

I am personally interested in a core i7 refurbished notebook from Dell, but I can't buy it on Dell website because they require a paypal/credit card with address in the US. So, is there any physical store I could get the latest notebooks (preferably Dell, possibly refurbished/scratch&dent) for a great price?

About cellphones, I'm interested in Samsung's Galaxy S gsm smartphones, such as Vibrant or Captivate (whichever is less expensive) or maybe htc myTouch. My relatives are interested in some not-so-fancy phones. Anyway, I'd need unlocked gsm phones so I could use them when back to my country. Where can I buy unlocked fancy smartphones without a contract and for a reasonable price? Bestbuy doesn't even seems to offer many unlocked cellphones, and the few ones I could find on their website are not the kind of stuff I was looking for.

I could also use some tips about the cheapest prepaid gsm carrier (at&t or t-mobile) we could use to communicate to each other. Each person should spend 5 to 10 minutes per day on the phone during 20 days.

Thanks for all effort on reading all this. Any help will be appreciated! :-D
I just discovered a place called costco which seems to be interesting. While bestbuy website says the regular price for Samsung Vibrant is $ 549, the costco website says $ 479. Is this place reliable? Any ideas of better places to shop for electronics?

Costco is a buyer's club-you purchase a membership, and many of the deals, especially electronics seem to be good deals. Walmart is also a good source.

Bestbuy has a website that you should be able to access.

Suggest you stay away from the small shops on International Drive-just think you'll have better and larger options at one of the above stores.
