1. you can use a bluetooth mouse or a usb mouse. the usb will be a little slower because it is using 1.1 which is old technology.
2. yes it is possible to watch tv I provided a likn below.

3. You can use this as a laptop, but you are going to have some limitations as far as software. this is not very powerful at all and I honestly don't think that it would take over most of the task laptops can do.
p.s. you have to make sure the usb mouse has windows mobile drivers, so using a bluetooth mouse would probably be better.
