Hi i just purchased a nokia n95, the battery is well not so good, ive heard that you shouldnt turn off the phone as start up consumes alot of battery power, is this correct?? plz help

Well your best bet is to make sure the phone is at its latest firmware using the nokia software update
make sure you backup all your data first
and hey presto your phone should be working fine
the earlier firmwares drilled the battery
