Hi, i have a nokia 6288 phone version #06.43 and the phone seems to reset itself every so often and its very annoying. I have researchd on the net and seems to be the problem for this handset, not just mine. My Question: if i re-update my firmware via usb cable will this solve the problem? As i think its only the software issue rather than anything else

it would improve your phone & yes some updates do solve problems. take a try, u got nothing to lose
