So the title basically tells it all. My Nokia Xpress Music Phone keeps shutting off when it has a full battery. What are the possible causes & something to do about it? We've tried to leave it off for at least three hours and it still did the same thing.

this was my first phone. do you have the slider because mine kept on shutting off like urs. i had to get 3 new ones and they wouldn't send me a new phone. the phone is just plain stupid. everytime i got a new xpress music phone, about a month later it would break. i never dropped or placed it in water. call the manufacture and complain. they should recall that phone!! after the 3rd phone broke, they gave me the xpress music phone that wasn't a slider. so far it's working pretty well.

The battery or phone itself could be defective. I suggest trying a new battery in the phone and see if it'll return to normal. If it doesn't then you can try to do warranty exchange on the phone.
