Puk code is not for a phone, it is for a simcard. You should call your cell phone carrier to find the puk code for your simcard.

There is no way you can get a "master PUK code" you need to call your service provider and they can give you the PUK code for free after verification - Make sure NOT to guess the 8 digit PUK code because that might permanently block the simcard and then you'll need to get a new one.
