I NEED TO KNOW IF A HAVE A CASE FOR A LAW SUED?On march 23 of 2010. My mother and I went to t-mobile store to purchases a cell phone and settle for a HTC HD2, the phone was not on stock. The sales person who was taking care of me told me that I could have a temporary phone until the phone arrive on March 26/ 2010. For my surprise they lie to us. The phone did not arrive that promise day we was told that the phone will arrive within a feud days. But that never happen, also we went to the store every other day for a month and half to check if my order was there but every time the answer was the same (Please come tomorrow or check later to see if we got phone for you ). In the mean time we are hearing from other peoples that they have purchases the same phone that we were waiting for in the same store. We got tire of being lie to. So On May 12 of 2010. We ask a friend to go to the same store with cash in hand to purchase the same phone that we request a month and a half ago HTCHD 2 and instantly they had it. We went right behind her and ask if they had any and the answer was no so we play alone and walk out of the store my friend purchasing the phone went she was ready to paid for the phone she told the sale person to wait because she need it to make a phone call and walk out for a second. I went inside again and confront the sale person who sold me the temporary phone until the request phone arrive I ask her, why she have a phone for her meaning my friend and none for me and they said that she had order the particular phone from another store. I say she is with me and you are lien on my face so I demand to have the phone that my mother and I requested long time ago. We are disable people demanding respect in result of this incident I am extremely paranoid unable to trust anyone behind the counter and distrustful to go to any store.

No, you don't have a case for a lawsuit. You may have a case against the company through the better business bureau, but beyond that you've just received poor customer service, which isn't something you can sue for.
