It depends what network your on.
if your on orange you have to sign up with them then go on your account and go on unlock your phone and then you have unlocked it!!
if your not on orange just em@il me at deano.p@btinternet.com

plug the memory card in a laptop or pc (use a card reader) then reformat the whole thing
