How do I tune in to FM radio on my mobile. I have fed the frequencies and plugged in the ear phones.?

I have a nokia 6230i. I get only noise when the ear vphones are plugged in. Is there some setting I have forgotten.

If you have plugged the earphones the ony thing you need to do is to scan for stations you can see this in the options menu(?)..
