I'm trying to get my phone to access email through ther messages. I went to personal configuration in the settings menu but dont know what to put in the various fields of email configuration that comes up.
I'd like to know what i should use in the following fields
Incoming Mail Server
Outgoing Mail Server
what user name are they refering to and password?
should i enable or disable pop3 or should i select APOP.
Help me out step by step. Thanx in advance for the help.

Gosh, you must be really slow.
The device is asking you the settings of the email account you wish to use. The e-mail is an Internet service, provided by some internet service providers (e.g. yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, live.com .... and so on, and so on ) so the phone must know to which server to connect in order to fetch or send the email and what is your user name and password for those services. All those settings depend on the service you want to use, not on the phone. The phone only needs to know them in order to use them.
You must have a valid email address that can be accessed through SMTP and POP3 or IMAP protocols. Check with your email service provider whether you can access the service from an email client, such as Outlook Express, and once you find the documentation on how to configure the PC client use the same info (servers, ports, user names) to configure your phone as well.
