... i know i don't know how to do that... but i also know that u probably need to buy some kind of special software for that kind of stuff.... you could also download the software free off the internet. but the ones u buy in the shop are generally a lot faster!!!!

assuming youre on windows vista
put in the usb
wait for the driver to install
click file transfer on the phone
click the start menu on your computer
click computer
click the drive the phone is on
drag and drop the movie file you want into the 'video' folder
