Anyone know where to find brooches similar to this? (picture included)?I want to make a 3D phone case for my HTC Evo, but the websites that sell them are expensive and the cases are tacky. im not into all the flashy rhinestones. But i love the 3D style. I found this case on google and would love to make one just like this except 3D. I tried to find brooches similar to the ones on the case but no luck. Anyone know where i can find brooches similar to the flowers and shells etc on the phone case?

3D? You're setting yourself up for disaster. Get a cheap case maybe and decoupage perhaps?

Where is the case going to be, primarily? Will it be going in and out of pockets, backpacks, purses, and such? If so, having rough items glued to it is not your wisest move. Stuff will be falling off every second day.
If you really are still set on this, I suggest you get some moldable epoxy material, like Ferido. Fire Mtn sells that. Get your items and put the Ferido rather thickly onto the phone case, then set the items into it and press them to set them. It dries pretty quickly, so have your plan all ready to go before you open it.
Get your pretties at a thrift store. Broken jewelry and old buttons would probably give you the look you want.

For things like that, try garage sales and thrift stores for older jewelry styles (then remove the connectors in back, or the necklace parts, etc).
You might also find some of the all-metal ones as fancy "buttons" or findings for jewelry at bead stores and craft stores, or even find some fancy buttons at fabric stores or button places online, etc.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "shells" though. You can often find real seashells at bead supply stores, some craft stores, online jewelry or bead stores, or in beach stores or some rock shops.
I agree though that anything that dimensional with lots of projecting points, etc, would be very difficult to actually use on a cell phone cover (unless perhaps you embedded all the pins/etc in resin first, then glued that whole unit onto the cover after it set, which would mean that the actual top would then be smooth):
