I'm using a nokia phone using a BL-5C battery.
Why do all the texts I send go to my outbox and not get sent?
Also, my text messages don't come for ages.

Your phone doesn't have a problem, it's your Network Provider.
Go contact them and ask about the status of your plan/contract/service and see if there are any problems which may cause the error you get whenever you try to send a text message or receive one.
