the iPhone it is really cool and the keyboard is easy to use I wasn't going to get it because people were saying that it wasn't cool but then when I went to the apple store I decided to try and I ended up walking out if the store with an iPhone LOL. People might say that the Internet over edge is pretty slow but it actually depends in where you are for me is fast. Another thing that is cool about it is the design is super sleek and cool. Hope this helps. The only bad thing about it is that the battery doesn't last that much and that it doesn't have multimedia text mssaging but other than that the phone is cool go to www.iPhone.com and check tech specs.

Hi.
Strawberry iPhone: £269
Samsung G600: £179.95
Sony Ericsson K850i: 299.95
Nokia N81 £279.95
A common feature in most phone today is a camera.
All four have cameras, but the Samsung and the Sony, are better. All the phones can take an image that will easily be unpixelated at 22 inches. Meaning you will be able to do full screen on your PC monitor without noticing any stretch form the picture. But with the Samsung and the Sony supporting 5 Mega Pixels it is an astonishingly good camera. Good cameras nowadays will supports less than that. The Nokia and iPhone only support 2 Mega Pixels which as I have already said will cover 22 inches no problem. (2 Mega Pixels = 1600x1200 pixels, 5 Mega Pixels = 2592x1944 pixels)
You probably won't notice a diffence with the camera.
If you want a camera to record movies. Then the Samsung shines. They support VGA which means it can record at 640x480, QVGA being 320x240 and QVGA being supported at maximum by the Sony and Nokia
The iPhone does not record movies, it only supports still shot images.
3G is a main feature in new phones nowadays. Only the Sony and the Nokia support it. All I know know about 3G is it stands for 3rd Generation. I have left a link in sources to look at.
However, the internet is blasting into new phones, over GPRS and EDGE both ways of a dial-up slow phone line connection. It costs. What I think gives the Nokia and the iPhone a HUGE advantage over the Samsung and the Sony si that they have Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is a wireless connection.
If you were to link PCs together you wouldn't do it over good old slow bluetooth but you would use Wi-Fi, this requires 2 access points, the PC and a router. Some routers support Wi-Fi and the main job of a router is to connect to the internet. So if you have a router of a Wireless access point then you can get internet broadband, if you have it.
Now just a few specifications:
Samsung: 2.2 inch screen
Sony: 2.2 inch screen
Nokia: 2.4 inch screen
(Drum roll please)
iPhone: 3.5 inch touch screen
Now to conclude my long answer.
For camera and video:
#1 Samsung
#2 Nokia
#3 Sony
#4 iPhone
For Music:
#1 iPhone
#2 Sony
#3 Nokia
#4 Samsung
For internet:
#1 iPhone
#2 Nokia
#3 Sony
#4 Samsung
Most features:
#1 Samsung
#2 iPhone
#3 Nokia
#4 Sony
Crisp images on screen:
#1 Nokia
#2 Samsung
#3 iPhone
#4 Sony
Battery:
#1 Nokia (standby 410hrs, talk time 4hrs)
#2 Sony (400hrs, 9hrs)
#3 Samsung (300hrs, 3.5hrs)
#4 iPhone (250hrs, 8hrs)
I hope you can choose between all four because I can't.
If I were in a position to choose I would go for the Banana iPhone, then the Nokia, then the Samsung, then the Sony.
The Samsung has loads of features though.
It has:
- Java MIDP 2.0
- MP3/AAC/AAC+/e-AAC+/WMA player
- Stereo FM radio
- T9
- Bluetooth printing
- Document viewer (Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF)
- Built-in handsfree
- Voice memo
- TV out
Hope this helps!
