I dont think so. I never seen that option on a cell phone.

I don't think you can uninstall it. if you can then you can alway reinstall it.

It's pre-installed on your device. So no you cannot uninstall it. Possibly delete it yes. But you cannot reinstall it. Call your wireless customer service line for details and updates.
