Yes, it has a screen svaer, but there are just 2 options:
1. I have an option to display clock
2. I have an option to display some text mess ( & it's bad)
in the Internet there are a lot of websites that offer Screen Savers- good & cute ones for Nokia 3230 (which means I can download them & they'll work)
But, they don't :(
Is there any option? Do I have to alter any setting in order to make a cute screen saver say " Garfield/ somethin like that"??
Do I have to download any software in order for those screensavers to work on my phone??
I mean a cute screen saver work on my phone :(

You hit the nail on the head! You DO need an application called "Power Lock" to install those animated pictures as screensavers.
