Nokia 3230 is a good fone which u cn get around Rs.7,000 - 8,000/- easily
it comes wid a mem card of 32 mb bt u can buy a larger mem card i mean tht depends on ur reqmnt
good fone, durable, user friendly, nice sound, great cam
