I purchased new Nokia N73 but it is going off after every 3 & 4 hours. Battery & all hardware is new and good condition but i don't know what is the main cause. My device Serial No. is 359569010473487.

It's probably the battery or it might be a glitch in the software. It's 99% battery. Cross-check the battery with your friends if their batteries are same.
