What are those phones that have IMEI begins with nos .00 ? I've seen two of them, The first, a nokia 6800 bought in Bermuda, under postpaid plan in AT&T. And the other one, a nokia 1600, bought also i in Bermuda under postpaid plan in Digicel. I thought all mobile phones have serial nos. beginning with no.3 ?
